Shoreline Boat Center Staff

A jack-of-all and master-of-all is how we like to describe Tom Dolske, service technician at Shoreline Boat Center. Tom brought his 35-some years of experience to Shoreline in 2011. Fully certified from both Mercury Outboard and MerCruiser, he didn't stop there. Tom also carries extensive Yamaha training and attends Cobalt training every year. Tom captures the spirit of the boating industry with his knowledgeable, outgoing, and caring disposition. He enjoys people so much that he also doubles as a sales associate and new-boat delivery agent. When not creating a mechanical masterpiece in the shop, he’s creating a culinary one in the kitchen with his fiance Kim.

After 29 years of owning and operating a 14 unit trucking company, John Meiborg, decided it was time to change things up a bit. His wife’s love of the water and boating was adopted by him over the years. John has applied many business lessons learned from his past to today’s environment. Shoreline Boat Center has become a thriving and vibrant part of the Green Lake tapestry. Not able to sit still for very long, you’ll see John delivering boats by land or water all year-and always with a smile. He takes pride in giving back to the community through volunteerism, donations, and even organizing events to promote the area-Boat Jam, for example. John enjoys family time, being outdoors, boating, snowmobiling, fishing, or working in the yard.
